Thepowercordfromthisapplianceisequippedwith
agroundingplugwhichminimizesthepossibilityof
electricshockhazard.
Havethewalloutletandcircuitcheckedbyaqualified
electriciantomakesuretheoutletisproperlygrounded.
Iftheoutletisastandard2-prongoutlet,itisyour
personalresponsibilityandobligationtohaveitreplaced
withtheproperlygroundedwalloutlet.
Therefrigeratorshouldalwaysbepluggedintoit’sown
individualelectricalcircuit,whichhasavoltagerating
thatmatchestheratingplate.
Thisprovidesthebestperformanceandalsoprevents
overloadingbuildingwiringcircuitswhichcouldcausea
firehazardfromoverheatedwires.
Neverunplugyourrefrigeratorbypullingonthepower
cord.Alwaysgripplugfirmlyandpullstraightoutfrom
theoutlet.
Repairorreplaceimmediatelyallpowercordsthathave
becomefrayedorotherwisedamaged.Donotuseacord
thatshowscracksorabrasiondamagealongitslengthor
ateitherend.
Whenremovingtherefrigeratorawayfromthewall,be
carefulnottorolloverordamagethepowercord.
Ifsupplypowercordisdamageditshouldbereplaced
withoriginalequipmentmanufactureparts.Toavoid
hazardthisshouldbedonebyaqualifiedservice
technician.
