Warning: During Installation, Hardware And Small Parts Are Choking Hazards For Young Children. Store
Unused Parts Appropriately Until Assembly Is Completed. Once Assembly Is Completed, Remove Any
Unused Parts From The Play Environment And Dispose/Save Them In A Secure Location. Any bolt end
protruding more than two full threads beyond the face of the nut causes risk of clothing entanglement.
Promptly cut-off flush, file smooth, and treat to prevent corrosion.

Note: Peen Tee-Nuts and Flatwashers to match radius of pipe after assembly is complete.
Note: Loctite (supplied by others) should be used on any non-patch hardware.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT:
DETERMINE WHICH MOUNTING OPTION YOU ARE USING; SURFACE MOUNT, ONGROUND, OR IN-GROUND.
1. Trim out slots with utility knife if necessary.
2. Attach Double Slide Deck Filler to Deck using M10 x 25mm B.H.C.S. Bolt, M10 Flat Washer, and M10 Lock Nut. See Detail 031.
3. Attach Bottom Brackets to bottom of Double Slide using M8 x 20mm B.H.C.S. Bolt, M8 Lock Washer and M8 Flat Washer. See Detail 075.
4. Attach Mid Support Bracket to Double Slide using M8 x 20mm B.H.C.S. Bolt, M8 Lock Washer and M8 Flat Washer. See Detail 076.
5. Attach Double Slide to Double Slide Deck Filler using M10 x 45mm B.H.C.S. Bolt, M10 Flat Washer and M10 Lock Nut. See Detail 072.
6. Attach Clamp Double Slide to Double Slide Hood using M8 x 30mm B.H.C.S. Bolt. See Detail 074.
7. Insert Double Slide Hood into top holes in Double Slide, and attach Clamps Double Slide to Uprights using M8 x 25mm B.H.C.S. Bolt
and M8 Lock Nut. See Detail 073. (Do not install Clamp Rivet until entire unit is assembled.)
