Intended Use This unique truck rack transports anything from construction materials and ladders to kayaks and more! RACK USE AND CARE Do not over fill the rack. Racks do a better and safer job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and do not overload. Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the rack will operate properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never load the rack with a damaged part. Do not let children play with or around the rack. It is not a toy.
Assembly Recommended Tools Open Wrench(2pc) Open Wrench(2pc) Size=13mm Size=18mm Open Wrench(2pc) Size=24mm Step 1 - Refer to Fig. 1 Slide a Mounting Sleeve (6) onto Cross Bar (4). Insert a Triangular Stop (5) into the Mounting Sleeve (6), and secure it with Bolt Set A. Repeat for the other three Triangular Stops (5).
Step 2 - Refer to Fig. 2 Line up the bottom holes in Upstand (3) with the upright holes in Mounting Feet (1), and secure with Bolt Set B. Repeat for the other Posts and Mounting Foot. Place the Upstands/Mounting Feet assembly onto the side rail of the truck bed with the lip of the Mounting Feet flush with the inside of the side rail. Secure with J-Hook (7) through the holes in the Mounting Feet (1), and secure with Bolt Set C. Repeat for other three Mounting Feet. Step 3 - Refer to Fig.
