Step 1 - Refer to Fig. 1
Slide a Mounting Sleeve (6) onto Cross Bar (4).
Insert a Triangular Stop (5) into the Mounting Sleeve (6), and secure it with Bolt Set A.
Repeat for the other three Triangular Stops (5).
