IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Do not look directly at the light and do not shine into eyes of
others. Eye damage may occur.
Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
This product is not a toy and not intended for small
children. Adult supervision is necessary.
LED Module is not replaceable. Do not break or pull out
LED bulbs.
TO USE:
1. Install batteries inside the battery compartment.
See BATTERY INSTALLATION.
If using power cable, ensure the cable meets requirements:
AC/DC Adapter (UL approved) :
Input : AC 100 - 240V, 50 - 60 HZ
Output : 4V DC, 400mA with a male plug
USB Cable : USB DC 5V to DC 4V step-down module
converter cable with a male plug.
2. To position the LED light source, simply bend the stem or
ex-neck as needed to point the light. Hold the body while
adjusting the ex-neck. DO NOT FORCE the exible stem into
any extreme positions as damage may occur.
3. Turn the LED light On and Off by using the power button
located on the front-upper side of the LED light source.
The LED light source will last 100,000 hours.
4. Model UBL012:
LED light source has one light intensity. Slide power button for
ON/OFF operation.
5. Model UBL014, UBL018, UNL013N3:
LED light source has a 2-step light intensity: HIGH, LOW.
Press power button once for HIGH, once again for LOW,
and once more for OFF.
BATTERY INSTALLATION:
1. To install batteries, slide battery compartment door away
from the stem while slightly depressing the door near the tab.
Alkaline batteries are recommended.
2. Install 3 AAA batteries inside the battery compartment. Nega-
tive terminals of the batteries should point toward the spring.
3. Replace battery compartment door by laying it on open
compartment and sliding door toward the stem to engage the
tabs to the compartment, a click should be heard as it locks
into place.
Notice: Only replace batteries as a simultaneous set and do not
mix with older batteries. Replace batteries as needed. Do not
install backwards, attempt to recharge non-rechargable batteries,
put in re, or mix with other battery types - may explode or leak
causing injury.
BATTERY WARNING: Keep away from children. If any amount
of battery leakage comes into contact with skin, eyes or mouth,
immediately ush area with cool running water (do not use hot
water). If swallowed, promptly see a doctor, or call the 24-hour
National Button Battery Ingestion Hotline - 1-202-625-3333. They
will accept collect calls from U.S. and Canadian citizens. If injury
appears serious, call 911.
