The Astra 2000 series scanners have been designed to be reliable,
easy-to-install, and easy-to-use. If you encounter any problems
while installing or using your scanner, please follow the solutions

Using Online Manuals
All bundled software comes with online help, which essentially is
an online manual. Read the following information to find out how
to access the manuals for each individual software application.
Accessing the UMAX VistaScan Online Manual
For PC Users:
If the VistaScan application is already open, you can locate the
manual by clicking on the user tips that pop up when your mouse
scrolls over a tool. If VistaScan is not open, follow the instructions
below.
