RULES OF THE ROAD
- Before using the skates, know and understand the skating and traffic regulations of
your city, state or country. In some places it is forbidden to skate on the public roads.
- Always wear the protective gear (helmet, wrist-guards, elbow and kneepads).
- Learn inline skating basics; such as braking and turning before going out on the open
path or road.
- Stay alert. Always skate under control.
- Do not use headphones that limit your ability to hear your surroundings while skating.
- Stop skating and inspect your skates immediately if you hear clicking or other unusual
sounds coming from your skates while skating. This could be an indication of a loose bolt
or other damage.
- Always skate with the Allen key provided with your skates in case it is needed to tighten
bolts. Carry in a place on your body that will not cause injury if you fall.
- Avoid debris, rocks, oil, sand, water and uneven or broken pavement.
- Avoid areas with heavy traffic.
- Never hitch yourself along with motorized vehicles.
- Always be aware of your speed on your skates. Think of what could happen at the end of
a steep gradient. A car could come out of a side road or invisible exit. Consider whether
you are capable of braking and stopping downhill. Remember, even the most expert skater
requires time and room to come to a complete halt or avoid unexpected obstacles.
- The manufacturer and distributor of Rollerblade
®
products cannot be held liable for any
damage or injury caused by failure to comply with the above instructions. Any such
non-compliance is at the risk of the skater.

WHEELS AND AXLES............................................................................
To get the highest performance from your Rollerblade

of your wheels routinely. If the wheels are worn down or worn unevenly, your grip and
stability could be affected or even become dangerous. Rollerblade
®
recommends that the
wheel position be rotated on a regular basis, and if the wheels are worn out, to fully
replace them with new wheels.
