NOTE: there is no general rule for wear. Rollerblade
®
suggests replacing the wheels well before
the urethane is worn down or if starts to break up. Replace all the wheels at the same time.
Rollerblade
®
also recommends applying one small drop of blue (removable) thread-lock to
the axle threads every time you change the wheels. Rollerblade
®
offers two different types
of axles. The first axle - Visual instruction (18) consists of a short bolt that inserts
into a long bolt. The second axle - Visual instruction (19) is specifically designed for high
performance aluminum extruded race frames and bolts directly into the frame.
How to rotate wheels - Visual instruction (20).
How to rotate wheels on skates with different wheel sizes - Visual instruction (21).

FRAME ADJUSTMENT (Selected models only)
On specific Rollerblade
®
models, you can adjust the position of the frame to customize the
skates for your personal skating style. To determine if your frame position is adjustable,
please check with your local authorized Rollerblade
®
dealer or visit www.rollerblade.
com. If your frame is adjustable, you can align the frame towards the outside for easier
push off initiation or align the frame towards the inside for more precise edging and lateral
energy transmission.
