Warranty
timberchic® is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of shipping, but prior to
installation. Manufacturing defects are defined as defects in material, milling or moisture content that render
the board(s) as shipped, unfit for wall application. Since wood is a natural product and not synthetic, standard
industry practice allows for up to 5% of wall application shipped to have milling, handling, finish and/or grade
defects. timberchic® is manufactured from river-reclaimed wood, checking, open or checked knots, mineral
streaks, spalting, and worm holes are prevalent and not considered defects.
timberchic® must be applied to a wiped clean surface such as painted drywall, tile or paneling. Because this is
a DIY product we understand that there are other substrates that this product will be applied to, however these
are not covered under our warranty. timberc hic® is not meant for exterior applications nor shower/tub
bathrooms.
