TOOLS FOR INSTALLATION

• Hand-riveter

Can use a conventional hand-riveter for the rivet

Dia. range between ø3.2mm ø4.8mm. Requited

repeat operation according to the thickness to

fasten.

• Pneumatic-riveter

For Dia. larger than ø5.6mm, use a

pneumatic-riveter relatively to the nosepiece.

CAUTIONS

• Limit of Strength

Please refer to the strength data on the table below.

It shows the strength at destruction in the room

temperature at 25°C.

As the temperature where the rivet is used goes

up, the strength goes down. For particulars Please

apply to us.

• Temperature Resistance

The strength rapidly decline exceeding the Point

of 70°C. recommend to use heat-resistant material

for those situation (by special order)
