Uses:
Aqua Pool™ is designed to paint over most
types of pool coatings in good conditions, as
well as bare concrete, plaster surface and
granite.

Additional Information
FINISH: Satin, for a non-skid finish, add pumice stone, sand or marble dust
to paint as needed to achieve the desired appearance.
COVERAGE: Theoretical coverage at two mills dry is 400 square feet per
gallon and recommended thickness of 4 mills dry would require 2 full coats.
Expect 50% less coverage on bare, rough or sand basted surface.
RECOMMENDED REDUCER: Water. Thinning is not recommended.
CLEAN UP: Water & Soap.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months.
LIMITATIONS: Do not apply if material is below 50ºF or above 95ºF. Not for
vinyl lined or metal pools.
MIXING: Mechanically mix well for 10 minutes, apply as it comes from the
container.
Method of Application
Spray apply: Use a conventional air 50-70 PSI, tip size .55-.070.
Use an airless equipment, 2200-2500 PSI, tip size .019-0.23.
Wait 3 days after final coat before filling pool with water.
Buy enough paint to complete the entire job and intermix all gallons of the
same color to insure color uniformity. Stir gently. Apply liberally, in area
patterns, no more than a 2ft. by 2ft.. Resists light foot traffic to apply more
coats in 12 hours. Do not apply when surface or air temperature is below 50
˚F or if rain is expected within 5 hours.
Apply product with sprayer. Apply generously and avoid excessive
thickness or spreading too thinly.
Mixing and Thinning: Mix always thoroughly before application. Thinning is
not recommended, if necessary use only 8oz. of water per gallon of this
product.
LIMITED WARRANTY: The manufacturer's liability in connection with the
sale of this product extends only to replacement price if it should fail to
comply with quality standards or specifications.
CAUTION: Harmful if swallowed. Contains Acrylic Resin. In case of eye
contact, flush thoroughly with water. Do not rub eyes. In case of skin
contact, flush area immediately with clean water. If swallowed, do not
induce vomiting. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY. USE ONLY
WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. Adequate ventilation required when
sanding or abrading the dried film. Always use NIOSH/MSHA TC21C or
equivalent. Goggles are recommended while handling the product. KEEP
OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
WARNING! If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you may release lead
dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS
ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN.
PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH
approved respirator to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA
vacuum and a wet mop. Before you start, find out how to protect yourself
