Mixing: NxT-30 Surface Cleaner and Stain Remover is Ready to Use. Do not add water or mix with any other components such as
products containing ammonia, toilet bowl cleaners, rust removers, vinegar, or acids as it can produce hazardous gases, such as
chlorine and other chlorinated compounds.
Placement: Prior to placement, always test the product on the surface to be treated in an inconspicuous area to ensure desired
results. Use an appropriate hand pump, backpack or other type of pump sprayer with a minimum flow rate of .25gal/min. Apply
generous amount of NxT-30 Surface Cleaner and Stain Remover thoroughly saturating the stained areas. Let dry for a minimum of 2
hours. If stain persist apply a second coat. Once desired results are met, rinse areas with water.
Shelf Life
This product has a shelf life of up to one month unopened.
Directions for Use
Surface Preparation: Remove as much dirt and contamination as possible prior to application. Surfaces to be treated must be dry,
structurally sound, free of loose or deteriorated concrete and free of dust, dirt, paint, efflorescence, oil and all other contaminants.
Insure that all areas are dry before application. Moisture content of wood must be below 18%. Treated areas must be protected from
direct exposure to water or moisture. Cover any areas or materials that are incompatible and tend to corrode prior to placement to
prevent contact with overspray of cleaner.
Prior to use: Read the Product SDS sheet, Product Label for first aid other important production information.
Protection: Ensure that Proper P.P.E. is being used when applying this product. Full P.P.E. is required, including impermeable full
body clothing, latex gloves, a full face shield and a respirator with an organic cartridge. Apply NxT-30 Surface Cleaner and Stain
Remover in a well ventilated environment. Ensure that a source of fresh air is available.
