***TheLeatherandUpholstery FabricLimitedWarranty alsoincludes seamslippage,cracking, anddyetransfers.Leather is a naturalproduct, and, assuch,
eachhidewillreflectitsownindividuality.Somevaria
onsofshadeandtoneareto be expectedasarethenicks,scratches,andwrinklesthatonlyoccurin
genuineleather;thesecharacteriscsareinnowaytobeconsideredadefect.TheseLimitedWarranesdonotcovertears,flaeningofnap,pilling,fading,or
shrinkingandisnotvalidwhenheavysoilingorabuseisevident.TheseLimitedWarranesalsodonotcoverprot ecvefinishes,velvets,andvelvettypes,since
bytheirverynature,thesefabricsareofsotextureandwillcrush,shadeandmarkmorereadilythanmostfabrics;thesecharacteriscsarein nowaytobe
consideredadefect.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
ThefollowinglimitaonandexceponsapplytotheLimitedWarranes:
Remedy
UndertheseLimitedWarranes,forallofitsproductsotherthananUnaachedCushion(asdefinedinthetopicalheading “UnaachedCushioning”),thesole
liabilityofWarrantorislimitedtorepair,oratitsopon,replacementtheapplicableproductorpartnotinconformitywiththeseLimitedWarranes.RE-
FUNDSARENOTAVAILABLE.Ifwithinthewarrantyperiod,idencalmaterialsareunavailableat themeofrepairorreplacement,Warrantorreservesthe
righttosubstutematerialsofequal orbe erquality.Replacementfabricsmayvaryincolorfromtheoriginalduetodyelotdifferences.
Inaddion,duringtheperiodofanyapplicableLaborCoverage,Warrantorwillpay,withinoneyearfromthedateofpurchase,reasonableandcustomary
laborratestorepairorreplacethedefecveparts(atWarrantor’sopon)andshippingcostsfromtheretailertoand
fromWarrantor,atnochargetothe
originalretailpurchaser.AertheexpiraonoftheLaborCoverageorforallproductsorpartsnotcoveredbyLaborCoverage,theoriginalretailpurchaserwill
beresponsiblefor labor, packing, and all shipping and transportaon costs.Thecostsassociatedwith
transporngthe furniture orparts fromyourhometo
theretailerorfromtheretailertoyourhomeareexcludedfromallLimitedWarranes.
