Product Returns
If the product must be returned for service, see www.vaisala.com/returns.
It is important to protect the product from damage during the return
shipment:
- Put the yellow transport protection cap on the sensor head, if
available.
- Pack the product in the original product package.
- If the original package is not available, wrap at least 2 cm of
protective material around each individual product, for instance,
bubble wrap or plastic foam.
