Checking brake pedal
CAUTION
TO avoid personal injury:
Stop the engine and chock the
wheels before checking brake pedal.
1. Inspect the brake pedals for free play and
smooth operation.
Adjust if incorrect measurement is found.
(see checking brake pedal in” EVERY 200
HOURS in PERIODIC SERVICE section)

Checking parking brake
Depress the parking brake to apply the
brakes with the key switch in the "ON"
position and the parking brake indicator
should come on. To release the parking
brake, depress the parking pedal again.
Make sure the parking brake warning lamp on
the display goes off when parking brake is
released.

Checking gauges meter and easy
checker™ lamps
1. Inspect the instrument panel for broken
gauges meter and warning lamps.
2. Replace if broken.
Checking head light turn signal light etc
1. Inspect lights for broken bulbs and lenses
2. Replace if broken
Checking seat belt and ROPS
1. Always check condition of seat belt and
ROPS attaching hardware before operating
vehicle.
2. Replace if damaged.
Checking joint boot
1. Check to see if the joint boots are damaged
or not.
2. If the boots are cut crashed or show signs of
deterioration, consult your local dealer.
