1. The machine doesn't work, how to deal with it?
Working principle: The high-pressure cleaner inputs water into the surface cleaner, driving the
nozzle arm of the pneumatic scrubber, the nozzle arm turns, and the pneumatic scrubber moves
to work. The greater the water flows, the faster the nozzle arm turns, and the higher the
efficiency it makes.
The reason why it doesn't work: the nozzle is likely blocked. Because the nozzle is only 0.031 in.
in diameter, the water outlet hole is relatively small. Hence if there is an impurity, it is easy to
block.
Treatment: Use a movable spanner to unscrew the nozzle, the nozzle is easy to unscrew down,
blowing air, making the nozzle open.
Note: Try to ensure that the bucket is free of rubbish. Because the nozzle holes are small, it is
particularly easy to block, as long as one is blocked, all three will not work.
2. Only 1/4 quick coupling is configured, why not 3/8 quick coupling?
The configuration inside the scrubber kit is 1/4 quick coupling, which connects the two ends of
the pneumatic scrubber and the oil pipe of the handle, and the connection between the
high-pressure washer and the other end of the handle is connected with 3/8 quick coupling.
Because customers use different models of high-pressure washers, the 3/8 connector used may
not be the same, so the pneumatic scrubber can not be configured with 3/8 quick coupling,
customers can buy the 3/8 quick coupling they need according to the demand of the
high-pressure washer connector, (usually the high-pressure washer will come with 3/8 quick
