5.1 Touch Screen Problems

Touch screen does
not respond to hand
gestures or render
them properly.

Reconnect the USB cable.

water drop then reconnect

Problems Solutions
No power
If the power LED is not blue

Ensure that the power adaptor is plugged to the correct
electrical outlet.

Ensure that the DC connector is fully inserted into the correct
socket on the rear of the VSD243 located under the cover

Check the power outlet with another device (i.e. table lamp)

If there is still has no power then contact ViewSonic support
or the Reseller from whom the device was purchased.
No image Check external HDMI source and its connection.
Lock-up Restart

App doesn't

Check with App developer.
No network Check WiFi settings, try wired Ethernet cable if available.
No audio Check volume level setting.
