• Turn Beeps off: The Button beeps can be turned off in the

Settings

menu. The command beeps still play normally.

Battery Information (1-Way)

The 1-way companion remote is powered by one 3V coin cell lithium

battery (P/N CR-2032) that should last approximately one year under

normal use.

Battery Replacement

1. Using a small slotted/ﬂathead screwdriver, insert into the slot

located along the rim at the bottom of the remote control and

carefully pry the case open.

2. Gently pry up on the used battery to remove it from the holder.

Orient the new battery for the correct polarity and insert under

clip in holder.

3. Reposition case parts, and snap together by pressing ﬁrmly and

evenly on the front and back.

Battery Disposal

Directed cares about the environment. If you need to dis-

pose of the battery, please do so in accordance with your

municipal requirements for battery disposal.
