a) Symbols for Active Mode and Charge Condition

The symbols for the charge condition serve only to estimate how far the charge or discharge process has
progressed.Whenchargingthebatteryiconllsfromthebottomtothetopwhileitemptiesfromtopdownwhen
discharging. Conclusions regarding the expected time remaining until the end of the programme are not possible
from this.
b) Rechargeable Battery Voltage
The voltage of the battery is indicated in the unloaded condition (and can therefore not be measured during opera-
tion).
c) Charge/Discharge Current
Duringcharginganddischarging,thedeviceshowsthecurrent„I“owingthroughtherechargeablebattery.Ifno
currentisowing(e.g.inthemode„READY“or„ERROR“),thedisplayshows„I=0.000A“.
d) Time Measurement
Thedisplayshowsthetimeindays/hoursandminutes(„DD/HH:MM“)overwhichthebatterywaspaused,charged
anddischarged.Thetimerequiredformaintenancechargingisnotconsidered.
e) Fed in and Removed Capacity
The capacity (C) charged into the battery, as well as the discharged capacity (D) is stated in milliampere hours
(mAh). In programmes with several charge and discharge cycles, only the current values are displayed. Data of the
previouscyclearedeleted.Nocalculation,displayoradditionofthecapacityofamaintenancecharge(„TRICKLE“)
are performed.
