4. In the Import Files field, click Copy New Now or Copy All Now; the button text is
determined by the option selected in the previous step.
Automatically Copying Data from your SD Card
Use the following steps to automatically copy the data on your SD Card to your My Passport
Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD device.
1. On the My Passport Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD device Dashboard,
click Media in the Navigation bar to display the Media page.
2. In the SD Card area, Import Mode
field, select one of the following options to
copy your data.
Copy New: copies only new folders or files from your SD card to your My
Passport Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD drive.
Copy All: copies all
files, every time, from your SD card to your My Passport
Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD drive.
3. In the Automatic Imports field, click the toggle button to On.
4. Insert the SD card containing your media
files into the drive’s SD card slot. Your
device will automatically copy your data from the SD Drive to the My Passport
Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD drive.
Copy All/Copy New from your SD Card
Use the following steps to copy all (copies all
files every time) or copy new data (copies
only new folders or files) from your SD card to your My Passport Wireless Pro/My Passport
Wireless SSD device.
1. On the My Passport Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD device Dashboard,
click Media in the Navigation bar to display the Media page.
2. In the SD Card area, Import Mode
field, select one of the following options to
copy your data.
Copy New: copies only new folders or files from your SD Card to your My
Passport Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD drive.
Copy All: copies all
files, every time, from your SD Card to your My Passport
Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD drive.
3. In the Automatic Imports
field, click the toggle button to On.
4. Insert the SD card containing your media files into the drive's SD card slot. Your
device will automatically copy your data from the SD Drive to the My Passport
Wireless Pro/My Passport Wireless SSD device.
Content is copied into a date stamp folder with the following hierarchy:
Root/SD Card Imports/[DATE OF IMPORT] (e.g.
2017–09–28)/[TIME OF
IMPORT] (e.g. T17.32+05)/[UNIQUE CARD ID]/[Contents OF CARD] likely DCIM,
then all subfolders and files. Example: Root/SD Card Imports/2017–09–28/
T17.32+05/SanDisk SanDisk_AFICH-1 c1564/DCIM/...
