MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order when placed via NIBCO Partner or EDI Transmission. Orders submitted through other

mediums are subject to a $50 minimum.

CLAIMS OF SHORTAGE OR VARIANCE: Claims of any character must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Settlements

of any claims are at the discretion of Webstone, a brand of NIBCO.

RETURNS: Webstone, a brand of NIBCO, reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any returned merchandise.

Overstock returns for products that have been discontinued, redesigned, or purchased prior to the previous 12 months will not

be accepted. Product returns will not be granted in November or December of any year unless such return is being made as

a warranty return or in the event that an incorrect product was shipped. Purchase order or invoice numbers are required for all

returns.

An issued Return Goods Authorization form is required for all product returns. No product returns less than $100 will be accepted.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders are subject to acceptance by Webstone, a brand of NIBCO. Prices are subject to change

without notice.

STANDARD PACKAGING: Typically, shipments are made in case and carton quantities. However, Webstone, a brand of NIBCO, will ship

any quantities ordered.

UPC BARCODING: 100% of products will be shipped with barcodes if customer species the need.
