5.3.5 Backup and Restore
We can backup up the configurations before reset WELL mPBX-U110R to factory
defaults, and then restore it using this package.
Note:
1. Only configurations, custom prompts will be backed up, the voicemail and
recording files are not included.
2. When you have update the firmware version, it’s not recommend to restore
using old package.

We can reset or reboot WELL mPBX-U110R via web directly in this page .

Warning: Rebooting the system will terminate all active calls!
·Reset to Factory Defaults
Warning: A factory reset will erase all configuration data on the system.
Please do not turn off the system until the RUN light begins blinking. Any power
interruption during this time could cause damage to the system.
