1. Remove pads from bracket. They are

attached with velcro-type strips.

2. Loosen right and left knobs (A) on underside

of chair.

3. Insert hip guide bracket, into square

receptacle under the seat. Adjust to desired

width and tighten knob to secure.

4. Attach pads to bracket.

1. To adjust width, loosen knob (A), push/pull

pad bracket to desired width and tighten

knob to secure in place.

2. To adjust depth, place pad towards the front

or back of bracket. Pad is secured with velcro-

type strips.
