ARM KEEPING
USE TO KEEP a constant temperature of 60°c inside the oven
(serving temperature)

OUGH PROVING USE TO PROVE the dough inside the oven at a constant temperature of 35°C

EFROSTING USE TO DEFROST at room temperature (leave food in its packaging)

LEANING
USE WHEN CLEANING THE OVEN.
PLACE THE GLASS DRIP TRAY into the oven and fill it with 500 ml of water. After the
cleaning program is finished, leave the water and pan in the oven until it has
cooled down. Wipe the cavity with a soft cloth.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
USE THIS FUNCTION Warm keeping, Dough prov-
ing, Defrosting and Cleaning.
DELAYED START can be used with this function.
1. T
URN THE MULTIFUNCTION KNOB to the Special position.
2. TURN THE ADJUST KNOB to select one of the functions.
3. PRESS THE OK BUTTON to con rm your selection.
(The cooking starts).
NOTE:
If time is not set, this function will automatically shut off after 4 ½
hours. Turn the multifunction knob to zero if you want to shut it
off earlier.
OPTIONAL
4. PRESS THE OK BUTTON again.
5. T
URN THE ADJUST KNOB to enter the cooking time.
6. PRESS THE OK BUTTON.
NOTE:
The delayed start function is now automatically invoked (see “De-
layed Start” chapter if you wish to use this function).
If you do not wish to use this function, simply ignore and the oven
will automatically continue with the current settings after a few
seconds.
