OR PIZZAS AND BREAD, use the prov-
ing function during the first proving
stage. Also use the proving function
when the bread is rolled out onto the
baking plate (remember to take it out
before you preheat the oven later.
MEAT FOR GRILLING can be marinated
and / or brushed with grill oil or bar-
beque oil.
AUTO RECIPES
USE THIS FUNCTION to select one of the 15 pre-
programmed Auto recipes. It is not possible
to change the recipe settings before or during
cooking. But it is possible to increase (if need-
ed) the cooking time at the end of the cooking.

OME MEAT, especially roast beef, is best placed
in the oven only when the meat has reached a
temperature of 10 - 12°C (remove from refrig-
erator 2 hours before cooking).
SOME RECIPES require a preheated oven: the dis-
play will indicate when this is necessary.
SOME DISHES must be turned or stirred halfway
through cooking time. This is indicated with an
acoustic signal.
THE DISPLAY WILL AUTOMATICALLY INDICATE:
Which oven shelf to use for the particu-
lar dish.
The temperature, the cooking time and the
oven function.
Any preheating time, when required.
1. T
URN THE MULTIFUNCTION KNOB to the Auto recipe position.
2. TURN THE ADJUST KNOB to select Auto recipe.
3. PRESS THE OK BUTTON to con rm your selection.
4. PRESS THE OK BUTTON to start.
5. THE OVEN NOW PREHEAT the oven cavity. When the preheating is
complete the oven asks you to insert food before continued
cooking.
6. INSERT FOOD AND PRESS THE OK BUTTON.
