Close the freezer compartment door. The ice bucket is not properly installed. Make sure that the bucket is pushed all the way in. The dispenser has not been used for extended periods, causing the ice cubes to melt together. Shake the bucket occasionally to keep cubes separate and to increase storage capacity.
