4: First Aid Measures
Causes severe eye irritation. Contains urea monohydrochloride, which is has been
found to be corrosive to eyes. Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15
minutes. Remove contact lenses and continue to rinse eyes. Seek medical attention if
irritation persists..
May cause skin irritation. (Contains urea monohydrochloride, which is defined as non-
corrosive to skin in accordance with the U.S. OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard,
DOT hazardous materials regulations, Canada's WHMIS regulations and TDG
regulations. Classified as a mild skin irritant as per the 1992 OECD Guideline for
Testing of Chemicals, Number 404.Acute Dermal Irritation/Corrosion.”). Wash
material off skin with plenty of soap and water. If redness, itching, or burning sensation
develops, get medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before
reuse.
Move victim to get fresh air. If cough or other respiratory symptoms develop, consult
medical personnel.
DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give 3-4 glasses of water and seek the advice of medical
personnel or a poison control center. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person. Prevent aspiration of vomit.
