To Remove the Belt and Drum
1. Unplug dryer or disconnect power.
2. Perform the procedures on page 4-9, “Removing the Top
Panel and Console/HMI” prior to performing the following
steps.
3. Perform the procedures on page 4-11, “Removing the
Front Panel” prior to performing the following steps.
4. Remove two (2) 1/4” hex-head screws from the top of the
console bracket and two (2) from the front of the bracket.
Remove console bracket and set aside for reinstallaon
(see Figure 1).

Removing the Belt, Drum, and Rollers
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
5. Disconnect Moisture Sensor connector (see Figure 2).

6. Remove the three (circled) 1/4” hex-head screws from
the lint duct as illustrated in Figure 3. Swivel the lint duct
down from the bulkhead and remove.
