• Ensure you are using a valid APN.
• Ensure that the signal strength is good.
• Ensure that the PS status icon is highlighted.
• Ensure your SIM card supports PS services.
• Ensure your prepaid credit is not exhausted

• Ensure proper PC/laptop Ethernet sengs.
• Ensure no rewall/proxy sengs are prevenng access to the
BDU.
• Ensure that the PC/laptop is congured to obtain IP address
automacally (DHCP) or with stac IP address in the range:
192.168.0.1 - 192.168.254.254
“Always On”
feature is not
working
• Ensure feature is enabled via Web Console.
• A standard background connecon has to be manually acvated
for the rst me aer enabling this feature.

Safe Mode and Firmware Upgrade

Unable to enter
safe mode. BDU
connues to start
in normal mode.
• Make sure that the safe mode buon (the buon besides the
SIM card slot) is pressed and held securely unl all LEDs turn
into amber colour.
Firmware upgrade
fails
• Make sure that you are using the correct rmware upgrade
package.
• Make sure that there is no interrupon of power supply during
rmware upgrade.
• Retry rmware upgrade.
Web page does
not seem to be
updated or there
are unexpected
errors occurred.
• Refresh the web page.
• Update the web browser to the latest version and retry.
