Installation Preparation DUCT FITTINGS: This Hood Must Use an 6" Round Duct. It Can Transition to 3-1/4" x 10" or 3-1/4" x 12" Duct. Use this chart to compute maximum permissible lengths for duct runs to outdoors. NOTE: Do not exceed maximum permissible equivalent lengths! Maximum duct length: 100 feet for range hoods. Flexible ducting: If flexible metal ducting is used, all the equivalent feet values in the table should be doubled.

INSTALLATION: - Remove the structure from the packaging and remove the 2 screws A to separatethe upper part from the lower part (Fig.1). - Position hole template on the ceiling paying attention that the arrow is positioned on the same side as the appliance controls (Fig.2). Make 4, Ø8 holes in the ceiling and drive in 3 screws without completely tightening them.

The effective performance of the cooker hood depends on constant maintenance; the anti-grease filter and the active carbon filter both require special attention.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA INSTALACIÓN INSTALACIÓN CON DESCARGA AL AIRE LIBRE 1. MONTAJE DE LA CAMPANAS: Aque la estructura del embalaje y quite los 2 tornillos A para separar la partesuperior de la inferior (Fig.1). - Coloque la guía de perforación en el techo asegurándose que la flecha sea coloca-da en el mismo lado del mando del aparato (Fig.2).

Regule la altura deseada refiriéndose a las cuotas indicadas en (Fig.5) y fijar con los 8 tornillos G incluidos (Fig.6). - Fije el tubo flexible al agujero de evacuación de aire preparado (Fig.7). - Tome el conducto de evacuación de humo superior y fíjelo a la estructura con los 2 tornillos A (Fig.8). Acople el conducto de evacuación de humo inferior y fíjelo atentamente con la cinta adhesiva L (Fig.9A). - Destornille los 2 tornillos O max 3 mm (Fig.9A). Introduzca el grupo de B C Fig.

aspiración dentro de la estructura asegurándose que los tornillos O, precedentemente destornillados, se enganchen con los ojales en la parte inferior como indicado en (Fig.9B). Atornille los 3 tornillos N (incluidos) y ajuste los 2 tornillos O (Fig.9B). - Fije el tubo de evacuación de aire H (no incluido) al collar de conexión F (Fig.10). - Quite la cinta adhesiva L y apoye el conducto de evacuación de humo inferior sobre el armazón de la campana H F Fig.10 L P Fig.12 Fig.11 Fig.
(Fig.11). - Si su aparato está equipado con un conducto de evacuación de humo inferior que necesita ser fijado al armazón de la campana con tornillos, quite los filtros antigrasa de la campana utilizando las manijas correspondientes (Fig.13). Luego atornille el tubo del conducto de evacuación de humo inferior dentro de la campana, utilizando los tornillos P (Fig.12). Al final reponga los filtros en su sitio.
ALIMENTACIÓN: IMPORTANTE (se ruega leer atentamente) ADVERTENCIA: PARA GARANTIZAR SU SEGURIDAD, APOYE EL EQUIPO EN EL SUELO. Antes de iniciar la instalación, quite el fusible o abra el interruptor de circuito. No utilice alargadores y tomas de adaptación con este equipo. Respete los códigos nacionales sobre la seguridad eléctrica o los códigos y reglamentos locales correspondientes.
2. CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA: ¡ATENCIÓN! ESTA OPERACIÓN DEBE SER EJECUTADA CON EL APARATO DESCONECTADO DE LA RED DE ALIMENTACIÓN. Antes de proceder con la instalación del aparato, efectuar la fijación de la caja planta eléctrica tal como indicado en la (Fig.14). B A Fig.14A: Levantar la caja planta eléctrica. Fig.14B: Quitar los 3 tornillos fijados. C Fig.14C: Colocar la caja planta eléctrica de modo que esté alineada con los agujeros de los tornillos que fueron quitados precedentemente y reatornillar.
t $POFYJØO B MB BMJNFOUBDJØO FMÏDUSJDB Para conectar el electrodoméstico a la alimentación eléctrica, refiérase a lo siguiente, Fig.15: 1. Quite la tapa de alimentación desenroscando los (2) tornillos (Fig.15A). 2. Realice el orifico de la tapa de la caja. 3. Fije el conducto de alimentación a la tapa. 4. Conecte los cables de la campana con los de la alimentación eléctrica realizando las siguientes conexiones Fig.
- Conecte el canal eléctrico a la caja de cableado utilizando componentes homologados. - Realice la conexión eléctrica en conformidad con las disposiciones de la norma nacional (ANSI/NFPA 70-1999). 5. Introduzca los cables dentro de la caja, luego ciérrela con la tapa fijándola con los tornillos precedentemente quitados. El electrodoméstico debe ser instalado a una altura mínima de 27" sobre los hornos eléctricos, y de 32" en caso se usen hornos a gas o combinados.

A B C D E F t Si su aparato está equipado con la función velocidad INTENSIVA, tener el botón E presionado por casi 2 segundos para activar esta función por 10 minutos, pasado este tiempo regresará a la velocidad precedentemente programada.
MANTENCIÓN t Se recomienda poner en funcionamiento el aparato antes de proceder a la cocción de un alimento cualquiera. Se recomienda también, dejar funcionar el aparato durante 15 minutos después de haber finalizado la cocción para lograr una evacuación completa del aire viciado. El buen funcionamiento de la campana depende de la realización de un correcto y constante mantenimiento; se debe prestar una atención particular al filtro antigrasa y al filtro de carbón activo.
- En caso de suciedad difícil de eliminar, utilice un raspador de plástico o un cepillo suave con detergente y agua. Frote ligeramente en la misma dirección de las líneas de pulido o del “grano” del acabado de acero inoxidable. No frote demasiado para no arruinar la superficie. - NO deje las incrustaciones durante demasiado tiempo en la campana. - NO utilice estropajos o cepillos de acero. Sobre la superficie podrían adherirse partículas de acero con la consiguiente formación de herrumbre.
