Shift Lever
The shiftleveris locatedon therightside
of the handlepanel.Placethe shiftlever
intoany of eightpositionsto controlthe
directionof travelandgroundspeed.
Forward
Yoursnowthrowerhas sixforward(F)
speeds,withpositionnumberone (1)
beingthe slowestspeed.
Reverse
Yoursnowthrowerhastwo reverse(R)
speeds,withpositionnumberone (1)
beingthe slowerspeed.

Choke Control

Thechokecontrolis foundonthe rearof theengineand
is activatedby rotatingthe knobclockwise.Activatingthe
chokecontrolclosesthe chokeplateon thecarburetor
andaids instartingthe engine.
Throttle Control
Thethrottlecontrolis locatedon the engine.
It regulatesthe speedof theengineand
will shutoff the enginewhenpusheddown
completely.
Primer
Depressingthe primerforcesfuel directly
intothe engine'scarburetortoaidin cold-
weatherstarting.
Oil Fill
Engineoil levelcan becheckedandoil
addedthroughthe oil fill.
