havesheared,Onesetof replacementshearpins
hasbeenprovidedwiththe snowthrower.When
replacingpins,sprayanoil lubricantintoshaft before
insertingnewpins,

Drive Belt Replacement 2,
To removeand replaceyoursnowthrower'sauger
belt,proceedas follows:
1, Removethe plasticbeltcoveronthe frontof the
engineby removingthetwo self-tappingscrews.
° Drainthe gasolinefromthesnowthrower,or place
a pieceof plasticunderthe gascap,
° Carefullypivotthe snowthrowerupandforwardso
that it restson the augerhousing. °
Removetheframecoverfromthe undersideof the
snowthrowerby removingfour self-tappingscrews
whichsecureit,
3, a, Graspthe idlerpulleyandpivotit towardtheright.
b, Rollthe augerbeltoff the enginepulley.
c, Liftthe drivebeltoffenginepulley.
4, Slipthe drivebeltoff the pulleyandbetweenfriction
wheelandfrictionwheeldisc.
Removeandreplacebelt inthe reverseorder.
