LIMITED WARRANTY – OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT
Limited Warranty. Yardmax outdoor power equipment is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from
defects in material and workmanship when the product is used properly for a period of ninety (90) days for
commercial use, and two (2) years for consumer use, from the date of the original retail purchase. Consumer use
means personal residential household use. Commercial use means all other uses, including use for commercial,
income producing or rental purposes. Once a product has experienced commercial use, it shall thereafter be
considered as a commercial use product for purposes of this warranty.

email [e-mail], or fill out a support claim at https://yardmax.com/yardmaxsupport/. Yardmax, at its
option, will repair or replace the defective product free of charge, including labor and parts.
Limitations & Exclusions: This limited warranty ONLY applies to: (1) product sold in the U.S.A and CANADA.;
(2) products that have been installed, assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with Yardmax’s Owner’s
Manual or instructions supplied with the product; and (3) products that have NOT been damaged by normal wear
and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation or application, or have been altered or adjusted. This limited
warranty does NOT cover Yardmax’s Gas Powered Log Splitters, which may be covered by a separate limited
warranty. This limited warranty does NOT cover any gas powered engine or any of the gas powered engine’s
components or parts, but any gas powered engine may be covered by a separate engine manufacturer’s limited
warranty. This limited warranty is Yardmax’s only obligation, and your only remedy, with respect any defective
product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YARDMAX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS
ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY
PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR
ORAL. No other express warranty given by any person or entity, including a dealer or retailer, with respect to any
product shall bind Yardmax.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YARDMAX DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY
LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE
EXPRESS WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warrant lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
