6.1 Program Table
This section explains program table.
In this section, the word “open” or “close” shown in parentheses in parameter descriptions indicates that the
contact is open or closed.
6.1.1 Mode Switch Signal (/MODE 0/1)
If the /MODE 0/1 input signal is active, the mode is set to program table operation mode (Mode 0).
