When installing the SI-C card, handle it by the edges to prevent damaging the card.
4.2 Wiring of the Communications Cable
4.2.1 Wiring
Use the following procedure to wire the CC-Link master to the terminal block of the SI-C card.
1. Use a thin flat screwdriver to loosen the terminal screw.
2. Insert the wires from under the terminal block.
3. Tighten the terminal screws firmly.
(Tightening torque: 0.22 to 0.25 [Nm])
Note: 1 Separate the communications cables from the main circuit wiring or other power cables.
2 There is a ruler of 5.5 mm on the top of the terminal block in the front of the SI-C card. Use this ruler to
confirm the length of the stripped section of the wire.
