Operator control circuit (EE-
PROM or AD converter) fault
Cycle power after checking
the Digital Operator is se-
curely mounted. If the fault
remains, replace the Digital
Operator or Inverter.
CPF-11
Combination error
Control circuit is not com-
bined with correct software.
(Contact your Yaskawa rep-
resentative.)
Communication option
card self diagnostic error
• Option card fault.
Replace the option card.
Confirm that any foreign
matters adhere to the
communication option
card.
Communication option
card model code error
Communication option
card DPRAM error
OPR (Operator connect-
ing fault)
Cycle power. If the fault re-
mains, replace the Inverter.
CE (MEMOBUS com-
munications fault)
Check the following:
• Communications
devices or communica-
tions signals.
PLC is not faulty.
Transmission cable is
connected properly.
Any loose terminal
screws do not result in
improper contact.
Wiring is made properly.
