Cowboy® Mesquite pit-style cooking wood is 100% all natural. It is perfectly sized for pit or barrel -style cookers, offset smokers, pizza ovens, fire pits, and campfires. All of our wood is heat treated to a minimum interior temperature of 71°C for at least 75 minutes. Heat treatment eliminates pests and prevents mold.
