Designed with the classroom in mind, the Dremel Digilab 3D45-EDU Printer for Education comes with 3D lesson plans for grades 3 to 12. The lesson plans also align with Common Core and other state standards. You can also take the four-hour professional development course to better understand the basics of 3D printing and how to utilize it in your classroom. The 3D45-EDU is UL-certified. With a single extruder and a built-in self-leveling print bed, you'll be able to print your first 3D model via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or USB. The enclosed print area supports a build volume of 10 x 6 x 6.7". With a 50-300-micron layer resolution, the 3D45 can print using 1.75mm filaments of nylon, ECO-ABS, or PLA. The filament recognition system automatically changes the temperature to match the material.
