This Dyna-Glo Signature Series 706 total sq. in. Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker features the ability to sear, smoke, bake, braise, roast and grill like a pro. Perfect your steakhouse quality sear with the direct heat cooking system, equipped with an adjustable damper that allows you to quickly raise the surface temperature of the matte enameled cast iron cooking grates to over 500° with the lid open. The temperature dial ranges from the initial smoke setting at approximately 150°, up to the highest setting at approximately 450°. Desired temperatures can be adjusted in 25° increments. The 20 lbs. pellet hopper is top loading and provides approximately 30-hours of burn time. The back of the hopper includes a chute for easily switching pellet varieties or for clearing out pellets after use.
