HAYWARD 25 sq. ft. Perflex D.E. Filter System is an aboveground pool filter that cleans microscopic dust and pollen. Patented Flex-Tube system reuses DE powder and dirt mixture to form fresh cleaning surfaces. Bump handle activates the Flex-Tubes, causing them to clear themselves of dirt and powder. The EC40 is designed to expel any air that may be present in the system through the filtered water returning to the pool. This filter also traps algae and has an efficient 1-pass cleaning power.
