The Zinsser® Jomax® Roof Cleaner Concentrate is a high-performance outdoor roof cleaner uniquely formulated to remove black streaks, dirt, and stains from roof shingles and to kill mold and mildew on tile, slate, and other nonporous roofs. Jomax® is an EPA-approved concentrate containing a mildewcide, ChloRelease bleach activator, and detergents. Unlike using bleach alone, when used as directed, Jomax® will not damage exterior surfaces or harm trees, plants, or shrubs with overspray.
