The insertable resistance thermometer with connection line and handle enables a temperature measurement in almost all areas of food processing and preservation owing to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of the integrated platinum sensor and the robust and waterproof design. The probe tube with dimensions of 4.0 x 100 mm is made of stainless steel 1.4571 and has an angled probe tip with a 45° angle. The straight handle is made from PEEK and can withstand temperatures up to +260 °C. This resistance thermometer is preferred for cooking, cooking and baking processes. Other applications include autoclaves and sterilizers. The resistance thermometer in accordance with DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in three-wire circuit and designed for temperatures from -50 to +260 °C.
