The USB-1608G from Measurement Computing is a high speed USB data acquisition device that features (16) analog inputs, (8) digital I/O connections, (2) 32-bit counter inputs and 1 external trigger. The analog inputs are software configurable for either (16) single-ended inputs, or (8) differential inputs with a input range of +/- 10 Volts, +/- 5 Volts and +/- 1 Volt per input channel with an aggregated measurement rate up to 250 kS/s across all channels. An on-board industry standard 82C55 programmable peripheral interface chip provides the 8 digital I/O lines. You can configure each digital port independently for either input or output. The USB-1608G is powered by the USB port on your computer. No external power is required.
