The HELIOS CS-AVHDMI is a composite AV to HDMI converter. It takes a 480i composite video signal/stereo RCA audio signal and converts it over to HDMI. Not only does it convert the composite video signal to HDMI, it upscales the 480i video signal to either 720p or 1080p (selectable on the device).
