Mitsubishi Electric Expansion Module PLC System

Various expansion modules with and without individual power supply unit available for expansion of basic devices (FX3G). Modules without individual power supply unit have max. 16 or 32 inputs/outputs. These outputs do not require separate power supply as they are supplied via the basic device bus. Modules with individual power supply units supply the inputs/outputs and system bus independent of the basic device. These modules are divided into the following three categories:. Modules that use digital inputs/outputs (can be installed on the right-hand side of the control), e.g. digital compact, modular expansions, special modules. Interfaces and communication modules that can be installed on the left-hand side of the basic device and that do not use digital inputs/outputs themselves. Interfaces and communication adapters that can be installed directly in the control and that do not use digital inputs/outputs.
