Ring Alarm Range Extender (2nd Generation)

The base station that comes with your Ring Alarm 5-piece or 8-piece kit communicates wirelessly with its accessory components. Those components have a functioning range of 250 feet from the base station. Ideally, your base station would be centered between all your devices, but that's not always possible. That's why Ring includes one range extender in each alarm kit. It extends the base station's signal up to another 250 feet in one direction. But it's still possible that some of your components might be out of reach, especially if you have a large home with lots of devices. Add an extra range extender or two to eliminate any dead zones in other areas of your home.
