This lead free 5/16" OD compression Ander-Lign (R) tube by 1/4" MIP connector with insert is designed for use with copper, brass, and aluminum tubing. It is the only compression fitting that is completely assembled with a captive sleeve, insert and the body is" interchangeable with standard compression fittings. This fitting is made of lead free brass and is commonly used for Gasoline, grease, oil, water, vacuum and air line applications. The temperature range is minus 65 to 250 degrees F
