With all Battery Powereds and batteries housed above the counter, maintenance of the s-8700-ca is simple and can be performed in minimal time. The faucet is equipped with a solenoid with a built-in filter and a second time out feature to prevent floods. The s-8700-ca uses two (2) 3-volt lithium batteries and features a low battery warning light which indicates when 10% life remains. The Speakman sensorflo faucet line is certified to meet asme A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, ca AB 1953.
