The structural mortar VM 300 from Stabilit is approved for standard applications in solid and perforated brickwork and non-cracked concrete. The cement content in the assembly mortar ensures a good temperature resistance of -40 ° C to + 80 ° C. The mortar can be processed without special tools with a commercially available Silikonauspressgerät. It is a 2K injection mortar based on vinyl ester hybrid. Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated when pressed in the static mixer. Opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer.
