The pendant is fabulously chic and a cultural jewel, too boot. The fabric is embroidered by the Otomi people in the mountains of central Mexico with their "magical animal motif" before being fashioned into a shade over the metal cage frame. The handmade dangling berry papier-mache finial is partially covered in gold leaf for a bit of glimmer.
